All sales are final. Unfortunately, no refunds. Only t-shirt exchanges. The return policy lasts 10-days. There are no exchanges after 10-days have gone by since the item was shipped.

To complete your return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase such as: order #, address & last 4-digits of credit card # and/or PayPal email address.

T-shirts can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.  T-shirts can only be exchanged that have the same design and size. If you need an exchange, send an email to contact@marcusmosley.com and send the item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified that the item was received and returned.  Next you will receive a notification of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There’s not a guarantee that the returned item will be received due to an unforeseen lost by the package carrier.

Digital products such as ebooks, songs, beats, and so on are non-refundable.
