  • What technology is used to print on t-shirts?
    DTG - (direct-to-garment). DTG is pretty much like using a printer to print on fabric. The printer can only print one garment at a time, which makes it perfect for printing one-off t-shirts.
  • Does MarcusMosley.com sell t-shirts?
    MarcusMosley.com is partnered with a major worldwide print-on-demand dropping company. T-shirts are printed on demand when you place your order. In other words, your t-shirt is placed in the printing process when you place an order. Our print-on-demand partners are focus on keeping their people, guests, and community safe by taking extra measures at distribution centers such as limiting the number of people working at any given time, which may cause delays.
  • How long does it take for my order to be processed?
    From the time your order is placed and the date when you or your customer receives it, there are two processes to consider.
  • What are the shipping cost?
    Standard 3-8 business days shipping for all store products within United States is FREE! Standard 8-15 business days shipping for all store products international orders combined at checkout will be a $5 shipping fee + $1.75 handling fee.
  • Do you offer shipping with tracking?
    Yes, all shipping methods have tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.
  • How long does fulfillment take?
    Due to Covid-19, our fulfillment times will be longer than usual for some product categories. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days: 2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, dresses, etc.) 2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.) 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. Please note: Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. The fulfillment averages you see in our catalog are calculated based on our fulfillment data for each product within the time frame of 30 days. Our fulfillment averages don't account for the time an order might be put on hold. Fulfillment for large orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average, but will still be fulfilled within 7 days.
  • How long does it take for my order to be processed?
    From the time your order is placed and the date when you or your customer receives it, there are two processes to consider. Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual. Don’t worry, All of the big LA wholesale factories are practically in our backyard. This means it’s super easy to keep stocked and minimizes wait time for you and your customers! Shipping: You have several shipping options to choose from - they can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.
  • My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?"
    Your order was shipped but it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in a carrier's tracking system. To minimize confusion, you may want to let your customers know in your shipping emails. Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn't necessarily mean the shipment is lost.
  • What if my customer entered the wrong address?
    Since carriers calculate live shipping rates mainly by the zip code entered it is possible that an incorrectly formatted address could be entered and the package is still able to ship from our facility. In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address. If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to our HQ and you will be notified once it is received back. Within 4 weeks you will need to confirm the updated and correct address as well as confirm the charges for reshipping the package.
  • Can I change an order that is already submitted?
    Yes, you can change an order that is already submitted unless it has the status Being Fulfilled. Click the Change order button from your order view and edit the order's products and shipping options from there. Changing an order that has the Waiting for Fulfillment status or setting its status to On Hold will reset the order's line in the fulfillment queue and result in longer fulfillment time.
  • What if the recipient's address was wrong?
    If the recipient's address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address. If you set the return address as your own, you can update the address and personally reship the order. If our address is set as the return address, then we'll contact you for an updated address. If the package was not returned to sender, then you would have to process a new order to replace the original.
  • How quickly are packages delivered? Do you have expedited delivery such as same day, overnight, 2-day shipping?"
    We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. It takes 2–7 business days to create (fulfill) apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products. Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer: Overnight: next day delivery in the US (after fulfillment) Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally (after fulfillment) Standard (Flat): 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally (after fulfillment)
  • Will there be any shipping delays due to COVID-19?
    As of 10-21-2020, fulfillment and shipping process is normal standard delivery with no delays. During this time, there can be surprises. Expect unexpected delays due to the unpredictable COVID-19 policies. But, we will try my best to keep you updated.
  • Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
    Customers are responsible for custom fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.
  • What is the international shipping cost(s)?
    International: Standard 8-15 business days shipping on entire order (all products combined) at checkout, $5 shipping fee + $1.75 handling fee.
  • How is MarcusMosley.com t-shirts adapting to current or future pandemics, natural disasters, or war?
    MarcusMosley.com works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We're in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping may take longer but your order will reach you.
